Accounts Technician / Admin job opportunity

Job Summary

We're a small Mechanical Engineering Contractor, currently recruiting for a accounting technician/ admin role to join our dedicated team. Proficient in Sage Accounting / Xero, MS Office is essential.

Ability to work in busy environment. Ability to work on own initiative.

Duties, not limited to:

Preparation works for VAT returns
Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Assisting with general office and administration duties, supporting day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow up and prioritise.
Able to work independently and as part of the team to reach
Have a good understanding of bookkeeping/accounts payable/accounts receivable.
Minimum of 2yrs experience in a similar role.
Fluent English.
Proven knowledge of MS Office package

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Accounting Technician.

Job Type:

part-time min 3 days/ week
flexibility on working hours/schedule possible

Work Location:

Malahide Road Industrial Park, Dublin 17
on-site (no hybrid, no remote working possible at this time)

Pay: From €20.00 per hour
