Job Summary
We're a small Mechanical Engineering Contractor, currently recruiting for a accounting technician/ admin role to join our dedicated team. Proficient in Sage Accounting / Xero, MS Office is essential.
Ability to work in busy environment. Ability to work on own initiative.
Duties, not limited to:
- Preparation works for VAT returns
- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Assisting with general office and administration duties, supporting day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow up and prioritise.
- Able to work independently and as part of the team to reach
- Have a good understanding of bookkeeping/accounts payable/accounts receivable.
- Minimum of 2yrs experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English.
- Proven knowledge of MS Office package

Accounting Technician.

- part-time min 3 days/ week
- flexibility on working hours/schedule possible

- Malahide Road Industrial Park, Dublin 17
- on-site (no hybrid, no remote working possible at this time)
