Office Administration duties such as calling customers for booking appointments, other necessary needs; personal and business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, marketing, business promoting skills, cost control skills. Assist with staff.
Availability to work with short notice, dedication, reliable, punctuation, obeying business guidelines and respect commands.
Ms - Office suite knowledge and experience, quick books, Sage, Accpac software experience and knowledge an asset.
Accounting Diploma/ certificate required
