Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic ACE Principal / Management professional to lead and oversee our organization. The principal / Management provides leadership in teaching and learning by establishing the school's vision, overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring classroom instruction, and supporting teacher development. They use student achievement and school performance data to drive decisions, improve outcomes, and lead the School Improvement Plan.

Responsibilities

• Leading instructional programs and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning;
• Monitoring student achievment, attendance, behavior and intervention programs;
• Supervising, evaluating and developing instructioanl and non instructional staff;
• Maintaining a safe, secure and positive school climate;
• Managing school operations, facilities, budgets and resources;
• Building strong relationships with families, governing board and community stakeholders;
• Ensuring compliance with FDOE, MDCPS, and applicable programs.

Experience

• A Master's Degree or higher from an acceptable accredited institution;
• Florida Educational Leadership Certification or the appropriate administrative certification coverning Educational LEadership, Administration, or Administration and Supervision for school principal;
• Completion of the Educational Leadership Requirement;
• Successful completion of the Florida Educational Leadership Examiniation (FELE).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
