ACM Installer / Cladding Labourer

Precision Roofing & Siding Inc. (PRS) – Ottawa, ON
Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: From $35-45 /hour (based on experience)
Hours: Minimum 37.5/week

About Us:
Precision Roofing & Siding Inc. is a leader in exterior cladding systems across Ottawa, with a focus on aluminum composite panel (ACM) fabrication and installation for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our install crew.

Your Role:

As an ACM Installer / Labourer, you’ll work as part of a team installing ACM panels on various job sites. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of aluminum composite panels (ACM) on building exteriors

• Read and follow blueprints and shop drawings (training provided if needed)

• Measure, cut, and fit panels accurately using hand and power tools

• Operate lifts and scaffolding (if certified - training provided if needed)

• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment on site

• Follow all health and safety procedures

• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring:

• Experience in cladding, siding, or general construction preferred

• Familiarity with ACM systems is an asset (training available)

• Comfortable working at heights

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

• Willingness to learn and follow directions

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS) are assets. (training provided)
