About The Role:

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, overseeing contract negotiations, setting sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are exceeded. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with experience in the AV industry. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the AV or technology industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams, driving performance and exceeding targets.
  • Strong track record in managing, maintaining, and building business relationships.
  • Ability to analyse industry trends and competitors, adjusting strategies proactively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure high-value contracts.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, tenders, quotations, and proposal management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP software, and a valid Driver’s Licence.
