About the role
About you
- To be successful in this role you will possess:
- high level of analytical thinking and investigative skills involving research, evidenced based practice and innovative service delivery models;
- demonstrates leadership skills including competencies in decision making and in handling a range of complex issues including organisational change, staff competencies, conflict resolution and collaboration
- Ability to supervise and guide the operational and professional development of individuals and the interdisciplinary team
- Work collaboratively on the professional and operational performance of the team and ensure key performance indicators and targets for the program are achieved
- Current Allied Health, Nursing registration with AHPRA or eligible membership for professional association
- Post Graduate qualifications in relevant field (desirable)
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
