Job Title: Active Selling Executive

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours
Salary: Up to £27,000 + bonus

Are you passionate about driving sales growth in the automotive sector looking for your next position? ROI is looking for a Active Selling Executive to support our client. This role offers a unique opportunity to create, develop and grow new and existing client relationships and deliver innovative fleet management solutions tailored to the needs of small to medium-sized enterprises.

With over 20 years of experience, we support the automotive sector with a range of services, including sales, marketing, and fleet management.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Generate new leads and implement new strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Navigate customers and prospects through the purchasing process, providing bespoke advice on finance products tailored to their business needs.
  • Process customised quotes.
  • Able to negotiate and close sales, leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Swiftly respond to incoming enquiries via telephone, email, website, and marketing channels, enthusiastically engaging potential customers.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to managing the sales pipeline, ensuring records are accurate and opportunities are efficiently progressed.
  • Document all communications and interactions in the CRM, ensuring compliance with company processes, GDPR, and FCA regulations.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to manage fluctuating workloads with composure and flexibility, adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Experience in identifying new and existing business opportunities.
  • Skilled in setting and prioritising both short- and long-term goals, with the agility to pivot as workload demands change.
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette and talent for uncovering customer needs through effective multi-channel communication—both written and verbal.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, listening, and closing skills that drive results and foster customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Sage or Salesforce is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • High level of accuracy in error checking and numerical data management, ensuring precision in all tasks.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
