Helio is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist who is numerically and mathematically inclined and possesses the above characteristics to join our team of digital experts and manage day-to-day operations to deliver successful digital campaigns across Social, Search, and Display on behalf of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Campaign setup and implementation of Display and Social campaigns
- Active management and optimization of campaigns against client delivery targets
- Client reporting and data analyses to identify performance impacts and strategies to achieve goals
- Creation and implementation of tracking tags on client creative and websites
- Quality assurance of campaign builds and delivery – troubleshooting and issue resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Post-Secondary Degree or College Diploma in Media, Advertising, Mathematics, or Statistics, and/or relevant work experience and interest
Skills:
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and/or digital platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently
- Numerical and computation skills - strong Excel knowledge is a definite asset
- An inquisitive and detail-oriented mind
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of proactiveness
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools
- Passionate and knowledgeable about existing and emerging digital media and ad products
Highly Valued Assets:
- Computer coding knowledge and/or capabilities
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written)
- Ability to speak and write in one or more Canadian Indigenous languages, specifically Cree, Inuktitut, or Ojibway
Location: Remote
