Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $60,000K - $70,000K Per Year
$ + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

Responsibilities
Our addiction counselors plan, conduct, and improve individual therapy sessions for patients. This role works independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of an integrating team. Our addiction counselor:
- Are responsible for a set of assigned patients
- Select appropriate treatment modalities and carry them out in individual sessions
- Assist with all discharge planning patient needs including FMLA, Short Term Disability, and Sober Housing needs
- Attend Treatment Team meetings as needed
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with everyone, especially on the treatment teams
- Work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
- Do additional duties as assigned
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
