Are you a highly detailed individual who is great at multi-tasking and enjoys communicating with clients and other staff members?

We are looking for an organized, energetic self-starter to join our administrative team and support staff and clients during our most exciting time of the year.

Chan Nowosad Boates (CNB) is looking for a full-time university co-op / intern student wishing to gain 4 months of administrative experience at a fast-paced public accounting with the possibility of further employment beyond the co-op / internship.

You will work closely with other members of our administrative team to provide essential support in a variety of office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on-experience in office administration, organization and communication. The position is ideal for students looking to develop their professional skills and grow in a supportive environment.

Ideal co-op / intern candidates are enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business Administration, Office Management or a related field), are highly motivated, and have a very strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

You will provide administrative and clerical support to the office as part of our admin team assisting with the following:

· Process client deliverables and coordinate client signatures.

· Support our client service staff.

· Assistance with bank runs, office deliveries.

· Managing our general office space.

· Manage our electronic and paper filing systems.

· Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
