Admin Executive
We are looking for a Corporate Admin Executive who is meticulous to join our team. This role is part of the Corporate Administration Department, which is responsible for ensuring the office facilities are run smoothly and efficiently and to carry out administrative role. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of corporate admin function to BCA.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, troubleshoot AV issues, manage office equipment including access card readers, monitor and resolve ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems issues, serve as the primary liaison with building management, fixed assets management, and support administrative roles such as procurement of items, management of resource booking systems and intranet page for CAD, and off-site storage matters.

Key responsibilities include facilities management, fixed assets management and administrative roles. Facilities management shall include the vendors coordination, implementing safety protocols, managing office space, working closely with the landlord and appointed Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) vendor, reporting and addressing any office faults. Fixed assets management shall include the management of fixed assets assigned to the department, stock-taking and disposal of fixed assets.

Administrative roles shall include the procurement of goods and services, managing the systems required for corporate admin operation such as resource booking systems, RPA bot, card access system, off-site storage system and smart lockers system and assist with the off-site storage matters.

Requirements

  • Preferably with technical knowledge of AV systems, good understanding of aircon, FM related issues

  • Preferably with 1 year experience in facilities, property or estate management

  • Ability to effectively use technology to access, evaluate, integrate, create and communicate information to enhance FM processes through problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills to liaise with building’s IFM vendor and own internal vendors

  • Have basic IT skills and knowledge on RPA and AI technology will be an advantage.

  • Innovative and resourceful
