Role Overview: As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing bookings and appointment schedules.
• Following up on referrals and liaising with healthcare professionals.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supporting our glazing team with hands-on technical tasks.
