Your Tasks:

• Manage data entry, document control, Health & Safety and Environmental (HSE) documentation, and maintenance of site systems and reporting platforms (CMMS)
  
• Assist with Contractor engagement, onboarding and implementation of policies
  
• Conduct stock takes and re-orders as required, ensure the cleanliness of all buildings and amenities
  
• Management of staff PPE requirements, protection equipment, first aid needs, workshop tools, and specialist equipment
  
• Provide administrative support to O&M Manager and other HQ staff when requested
  
• Manage site procurement activities from quoting to payment, including SAP requirements
  
• Conduct risk assessments within the area of responsibility with support from the RWE Renewables HSE team
  
• Generate, implement and audit against Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) in consultation with team close out

Y our Profile:

• Current Driver’s License
• High School Certificate (Preferrable)
• Certificate III in business administration or above (Preferrable)
• Ability to understand / operate technical and business computer software packages, including Microsoft office
• Basic accounting skills
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, punctual, diligent, team player
• Flexible working hours as required
