Description:
The Role:
Join our team as an Administration Officer! Reporting to the Accounts Coordinator, you will deliver expert administrative support to the Accounts and Administration team. Precision and accuracy are key, as you will manage and maintain essential records using established systems and procedures. If you pride yourself on detail-oriented administration and streamlining team operations, this role is perfect for you.

This role will begin as a 0.6 permanent part-time arrangement, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in our Manly-based office each week (ideally 9 am to 5 pm). This work pattern may increase over time.

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Respond to queries promptly and with professionalism.
  • Handle general admin duties, including correspondence, electronic filing, and data entry.
  • Quickly learn and efficiently use clinical and corporate systems.
  • Manage multiple projects with professionalism, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication at all times.
  • Prepare documents and correspondence using MS Office tools.
  • Accurately maintain records of contacts and system data.
  • Collaborate effectively with managers and stakeholders to support strategic goals.
  • Uphold professional conduct and represent the organisation’s values in all interactions.
Skills and Experiences:

  • Positive, proactive mindset with a strong focus on solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data entry.
  • Skilled at prioritising, multitasking, and working independently.
  • Demonstrated initiative and effective teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and data management best practices.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Successful National Criminal History Check.
Bonus points:
  • Diverse experience with various software programs and applications, including Xero.
