We're looking for an Administration & Logistics Trainee to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone leaving school or college who wants to build a long-term career in the fast-moving world of freight forwarding and customs.

You'll receive on-the-job training, work alongside experienced professionals, and learn how goods move around the world by air, sea, and road. No previous experience is needed – we're looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of your training, you'll learn how to:

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transport companies to keep shipments moving smoothly.
• Help organise international air, sea, and road freight shipments.
• Prepare important shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and transport paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Learn how customs procedures work and help prepare customs documentation.
• Keep accurate records using specialist logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running efficiently.

You'll be someone who:
