Administration Officer
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of services.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and will provide high-quality administrative support across multiple functions. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of information, maintaining professional communication, and supporting both internal staff and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering a busy multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to internal and external emails within required timeframes
- Managing bookings using internal systems
- Handling client and customer enquiries regarding products and services
- Acting as the first point of contact during registration processes
- Preparing and formatting course and operational materials using internal templates
- Coordinating resources and ensuring equipment and rooms are prepared for use
- Processing assessments and issuing documentation within required timeframes
- Completing general administrative tasks including quotes, document updates, mail distribution, and certificate issuance
- Providing ongoing administrative support to internal teams
- Supporting the promotion of products and services to assist with engagement targets
