Description:
WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide general administrative support to the market stand, including completing timesheet reports, coordinating courier services and deliveries, responding to enquiries, and managing office supplies.
  • Manage cash, credit, and check transactions with customers efficiently.
  • Reconcile and balance daily cash receipts.
  • Handle invoicing and process credit notes of customers as needed.
  • Ensure stocks received are accurately entered in the ERP system.
  • Reconcile pallet control levels and track ULD equipment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Skills and Experiences:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Capable of setting up and maintaining basic databases, spreadsheets, and generating reports.
  • Keen attention to details and passion for accuracy.
  • Highly effective time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns whilst maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.
  • Applicants with previous experience handling cash, account reconciliation, and using ERP system will be highly regarded.
