- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven capacity to engage respectfully and professionally with individuals who may present with challenging behaviours, maintaining a calm and supportive approach.
- Extensive experience in frontline customer service, with highly developed verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Sound understanding of privacy principles and demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, linguistic, generational, and mental health backgrounds, including those from non-English speaking communities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and high-demand environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Demonstrated professional judgement and accountability when undertaking new, complex, or critical tasks, including the ability to seek guidance and escalate appropriately
