What you'll be doing

As an Administrative Officer Level 2, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly while being a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families.
You will:
  • Provide efficient, friendly front‑line administration and reception support
  • Manage appointments, patient registration, waitlists and clinic schedules
  • Coordinate office systems, communications and information flow
  • Support reporting, statistics, ordering and meeting administration
  • Work collaboratively while confidently managing competing priorities

Selection Criteria:
  • Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills-written and verbal with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency
  • Demonstrated computer/data entry skills specifically MS office email and iPM
  • Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a heath setting
