What you'll be doing
As an Administrative Officer Level 2, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly while being a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families.
- Provide efficient, friendly front‑line administration and reception support
- Manage appointments, patient registration, waitlists and clinic schedules
- Coordinate office systems, communications and information flow
- Support reporting, statistics, ordering and meeting administration
- Work collaboratively while confidently managing competing priorities

Selection Criteria:
- Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position
- Demonstrated effective communication skills-written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency
- Demonstrated computer/data entry skills specifically MS office email and iPM
- Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a heath setting
