About the Role
The Administration Officer (Library & Print Services) supports the efficient operation of the College's Library and Information Services by coordinating print services, supporting library operations, maintaining information systems and records, and delivering high-quality customer service to students, staff, parents and visitors. Reporting to the Program Leader Library and Digital Pedagogies, the role applies established procedures while exercising discretion and judgement in prioritising workloads, managing resources, maintaining data integrity, and resolving routine operational matters.
The appointment is a part‑time, term‑time position of three days per week, commencing as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Coordinate and manage print production services for the College, including photocopying, printing, laminating, binding and scanning requests.
- Operate and maintain equipment including photocopiers, laminators, guillotines and related devices within established procedures.
- Maintain library collections and learning spaces through shelving, displays, resource preparation and minor repairs.
- Promote library resources, programs and events that support student learning, engagement and reading culture.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
Relevant qualification at Certificate level or higher in Library Services, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating print production services, including photocopying, laminating, binding, and managing equipment and consumables.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
