- Demonstrated customer focused approach with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn the eMR system, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement.
- A flexible, proactive and positive approach, with a passion for supporting patient care.
