As an Administration Officer with Neighbourhood Living in Belair, you will support resident contracts and deliver a smooth, welcoming customer journey.
About the Role
Kalyra is a trusted, values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting older Australians to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities. As an Administration Officer with Neighbourhood Living in Belair, you will play a crucial role in administering contracts from execution to settlement and subsequent termination, for the residents of Kalyra Neighbourhood Living. Working closely with the Retirement Living Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and exceptional customer experiences to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into their Kalyra home and a stress-free transition when they leave us. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Building Works Manager.

Description:
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our Kalyra Neighbourhood Living team in Belair, as Administration Officer you will:
Provide exceptional customer experiences in each and every interaction.
Deliver efficient and accurate contract administration.
Administer contracts, records and documentation to ensure legislative compliance.
Administration support to successfully deliver Neighbourhood Living projects.
Skills and Experiences:
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
We’re looking for someone who brings:
A strong background in administration, office management and customer service.
Proven ability to work within a legislative framework.
Strong understanding of financial and budget management.
Experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
An understanding of Retirement Village or Property Management is desirable.
