Administration & Reservations Internship

What you'll do
Management and updating of administrative documents and spreadsheets, ensuring processes and proposing improvements
Reception and reconciliation of supplier invoices, as well as follow-up on invoice claims.
Issuance and reconciliation of payments to clients, including payment claims.
Coordination with various teams involved in reservation and billing processes.
Consult and resolve discrepancies with the person responsible for project operations.
How we imagine you
We understand there’s no such thing as the perfect candidate, so we’d love to hear more about you even if only some of the following requirements apply:
- Native Spanish proficiency and an upper-intermediate level of English.
- Studies in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Knowledge of administration and/or invoicing is a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritize time, multitask, and assess the urgency of assignments
- Proactivity, initiative, goal-oriented mindset, organizational skills, open-mindedness, resilience, and change management capabilities
- Adaptability to a constantly evolving and digitized environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
