About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator Supervisor to join our Village team in Baralaba. This is a DIDO position on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, ideal for someone who thrives in the mining/hospitality and has a solid administrative background. Rockhampton & Surrounding Locals Only.

Swing: 14/7 | Roster: Tuesday + Wednesday 0930 - 1930 | Every other day 0830 - 1830

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the Village Management team
• Utilise RMS accommodation software to manage bookings and site logistics
• Maintain accurate records and data entry across various internal systems
• Support rostering, timesheets, and reporting functions
• Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:

• Experience working as a Hotel Reservations or Accommodation Manager 12 months +
• Experienced Admin,RMS accomodation software,resource sector (Advantageous)
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Drivers License (Auto or Man)
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
