Job Title: Part Time Administration & Social Media Manager

Hours: 15 - 24 hours per week

Boulton's Replay Sports is a reputable sports equipment and apparel store, celebrating over 30 years of serving our community's sports enthusiasts. We are currently seeking a dedicated Part Time Administration and Social Media Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for someone able to take charge, work as part of a great team as well as handling projects on their own. Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9 am - 12/1pm or as needed. We are hoping to add a mature person with a drive to do a great job and somebody that can fit-in-to a team that works well in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Social Media and website management, store sales and administration, employee management, assist in the day-to-day operations of the production area, including but not limited to checking in coming orders, quote requests, invoicing, reviewing orders and responding to emails, setting up the production area for daily schedules, inventory control and assisting with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Administration: Must be able to reply to emails and handle phone inquiries. This position will be responsible for creating and posting the social media content and website management.
• Maturity: This position is not suitable for high school students. We require a mature candidate who can contribute effectively to our team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn about sports equipment and apparel to assist the team effectively.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and willingness to work with other team members.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$22.50 per hour
