Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support. This role is to assist high company management with admin related tasks. This role will expose the successful candidate to sensitive information and a criminal background check will need to be performed before starting. This role is primarily remote working, however occasional site visits will be required. Full training, laptop and works phone will be provided

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage correspondence, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using computerised tools.
  • Support financial processes
  • Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Provide clerical support to team members as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of the building industry materials is preferred

Pay: £23,795.20-£25,736.00 per year

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
