Roslin is committed to responsible care of our environment. We operate in a green manner. As a used cooking oil recycling company, we take a used waste product, collect it, process it, and then use our product to create biodiesel, which is shipped to global leaders of green energy. All wastewater collected from grease traps goes to an anaerobic digester to help make methane gas, generating electricity.
Job Description
We are a family-run business looking for a dependable, intelligent, and motivated Administrative Assistant who is seeking a long-term position. We are committed to investing time and training into the right person and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
Duties will vary and may include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Looking up, verifying, and maintaining account information
- Inventory tracking and record keeping
- Assisting with dispatch and route scheduling using proprietary software
- Filing, data entry, and general office administration
- Supporting senior staff with daily operational tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
Experience (Assets, Not Requirements)
- Basic bookkeeping
- Customer service
- Dispatch, routing, or ELD experience
- Administrative or office experience

Monday to Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
