Summary of the Position:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Frankfurt Germany to support our risk management team.
As this is a parental leave replacement position, it is a temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operative support of the daily organisational as well as administrative tasks of the business
  • General tasks and activities to ensure smooth running of the business (such as handling correspondences and checking incoming invoices etc.)
  • Coordination of all communications, internally and externally
  • Creating and preparation of presentations, protocols, templates und Workshop-documentations
  • Welcoming our guests
  • Management of the switchboard, mail processing and management of deliveries
  • Meeting room coordination and organization of catering
  • Assisting the office manager (maintain reports, accounting, office supply orders)
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Relevant professional experience
  • High customer focus and a team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills as well as ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • High level of service orientation and hands-on mentality
  • Business proficiency in German and English
  • Strong command of MS Office
