As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organisation and efficiency of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for meetings and presentations.
- Handle office supply inventory management and ordering.
- Support various projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with team members across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a specific industry (if applicable) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
