Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment and can handle administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders efficiently. Print order documentation for production and delivery. Assist with packaging orders when necessary. Coordinate and liaise with transport providers to ensure smooth delivery operations. Respond promptly to delivery queries and customer inquiries. Purchase raw material timber and maintain supplier relations. Communicate regularly with clients and customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic IT systems. Familiarity with logistics or a production environment is an advantage.
