Backyard Canada –Job Description – Sales Administrator
FULL TIME PERMANENT
Backyard Canada is dedicated to products that elevate Canadian Backyards in all 4 seasons, with a focus on premium backyard products including Hot Tubs, Outdoor Saunas, Patio Furniture, Fire Tables, Decking, Synthetic Grass, Backyard Offices and more! Roles & Responsibilities
· Greet and make clients feel welcome
· Maintain Inventory System, including purchase orders, receiving new shipments, confirming the accuracy of sales invoices, and shipping sold products
· Coordinating delivery with client and delivery team
· Collect money from clients
· Assist management with receipt collection and documentation
· Opportunity to learn products and sell, to earn commissions
· Create social media content
· Ability to manage online marketing considered an asset
· Answer calls and sell products over the phone
· Collect and process payments through the credit card system
· Work with QuickBooks to record payments
· Maintain Accounts Receivable
· Complete detailed quotes for clients
· Learn and understand the features and benefits of our products
· Properly set expectation on delivery time line
· Ensure the store is open on time with all lights and music on
· Clean product and merchandise floor during any down time
· Document purchases, including client details, anticipated timeline, and method of delivery or pickup
· Other duties as assigned

· Extremely organized naturally, and able to mentally track many things at once
· Task oriented and able to push through many varied tasks per day
· Have self initiative and critical thinking skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Naturally inclined toward self-improvement

Compensation
· Base Hourly Wage + Commissions
Hours
Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM or 8AM-4PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
