Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32301
Schedule: Onsite, Full-time
Potential: May lead to a temp-to-hire opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Plan Operations Manager
- Perform general office and executive support tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant in a professional setting
- 1 year of experience supporting executive-level staff
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: From $16.24 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
