Administrative Assistant/Account Coordinator
Furman Feiner Advertising, a Recruitment Advertising Agency in NYC offers a unique growth opportunity for individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and is interested in learning advertising and media. This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office and 2 days remote).
Great opportunity for individuals with experience in data entry and administration who are eager to grow and become a key part of our Account Management team! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take your career to the next level, this is the perfect role for you. Previous experience in advertising or media is a plus, but not required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong keyboard proficiency
- Data Entry
- Good communications skills (verbal and written)
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Good research skills
- Proficiency with Graphic Design (including InDesign) a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to write headlines for social media ads a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Posting Jobs on digital job boards
- Research and administrative tasks
- Help support Account Management team
- Analytics and reporting
- Interacting with clients and media vendors
- Learn media planning and buying
Will train and mentor the right candidate in all aspects of social and digital media.
