Job description

Job Title: Administrative Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our rental agents and assist with rental efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to handle administrative tasks, tenant communications, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to rental agents, including preparing and processing contracts and forms.
  • Scan and organize lease contracts for accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate with tenants as needed, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Ensure lease renewals are processed and completed.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a strong social media presence to increase engagement and visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual (French and English) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of social media management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • , real estate, or marketing is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
