The Administrative Assistant has responsibility within all divisions of Cardinal Group, Inc. Cardinal’s primary focus is Environmental Services, Maintenance, Transportation, & Roofing. The market segment for Cardinal is focused on industrial customers.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overall office clerical work including the support of Cardinal’s executive team. Candidate must be computer proficient and understand how to manage Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, manage excel spreadsheets, construct letters, construct and manipulate PowerPoint presentations as well as support accounting with billing and accounts payable.
Position Responsibilities:
· Outlook Calendars and Calendar/Meeting Management
· Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
· Billing
· Manage Timecards and Hours
· Overall office clerical responsibilities
· Answer phones and manage inbound call direction.
· Completes all paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma Required
· Administrative Assistant Experience
· Background Check/Drug Screen Required
Job Type: Part Time
Salary: $16.50-17.50
Schedule:
- 8 hr shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
