We're looking for an energetic administrative assistant to join our team! We are a small construction general contractor that focuses on residential remodeling around northeast Ohio. This administrative assistant role is full-time and in-office. Responsibilities include:
- Fielding customer calls and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with scheduling of employees and subcontractors
- Maintaining project files
- Permit applications and scheduling inspections
- Ordering job materials and establishing/maintaining relationships with vendors
- Other administrative duties as needed
The right candidate will have strong communication & computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to adapt to a fast paced environment. Prior construction experience and familiarity with the Buildertrend platform is a plus but will train a qualified applicant. Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
