Job description
We are looking for a energetic computer savvy Administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative assistant include providing support to our billing, service and accounting departments, assisting in daily/weekly needs for the Team and general office activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS office 365, and our computer software. If you have previous experience and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should be a Team player and participate in efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the correct department
- Work in all departments as needed
- Sending confirmation Emails and Texts to customers
- Maintain and update customer contact logs
- Organize, Research and process phone messages
- Follow office policies and procedures
- Communicate with co-workers
Skills
- Strong phone and computer skills a must !!
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
