Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Financial Advisor. This role is primarily administrative, with limited client interaction, and is key to ensuring smooth operations and efficient client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize client meeting materials, summaries, and reports for the Financial Advisor
  • Process and follow up on client transactions and paperwork by communicating with product providers.
  • Monitor incoming emails, respond as appropriate, and file correspondence accurately
  • Maintain accurate client records and files
  • Assist with internal reporting and administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate schedules and manage documentation to support day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Bilingual (English and French)
