Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Xero, MYOB, and the Microsoft Suite, and will be enthusiastic about contributing to our continued success. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support both our administrative and sales functions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Ensure smooth office operations by managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Sales Management: Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and follow up as necessary.
  • Financial Records: Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing using Xero and MYOB.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Office Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Sales Support: Help the sales team with lead generation, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a professional demeanour.
  • Past sales experience is an advantage.
  • Driver's Licence (Preferred).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Occasional Saturday work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Salary:

  • $65,000 to $75,000 per year
