What You Bring to Succeed:

• You've demonstrated success in emergency department leadership, with 3+ years of recent acute care ED Director experience
• You've earned a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and maintain active RN licensure in Texas or a compact state
• You've completed advanced certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• You bring strategic thinking and operational expertise in emergency services
• You excel at building collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams
• You demonstrate strong fiscal management and resource optimization capabilities
• You're passionate about quality patient care and continuous service improvement
