DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, assigning, and assessing the work of both technical and clerical personnel under the guidance of the Regional Business Manager. Your duties will include reviewing and approving all invoices related to regional purchases and services. You will also be tasked with coding and allocating budget funds, as well as preparing specialized accounting reports as needed. Additionally, you will oversee the review and approval of all purchasing documents, whether manually or electronically via the SAP/SRM system, to ensure compliance with established purchasing procedures. Furthermore, you will supervise all activities associated with the control, maintenance, reporting, and investigation of the automotive fleet, including boats, utilized by the Southeast Region.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Norristown.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
