We are seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee hospital operations, ensure quality compliance, and support business development initiatives. The role involves managing the day-to-day functioning of departments, optimizing processes, and contributing to the hospital’s growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate operational activities across OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostics, Housekeeping, Security, and Facility Management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of patient service delivery.
- Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards (NABH/JCI).
- Conduct regular operational audits and take corrective actions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Support business development initiatives, including patient satisfaction programs, referral management, and liaison with corporate and insurance clients.
- Monitor departmental performance, resource utilization, and service quality indicators.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement coordination, and infrastructure maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations and administration, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
- Good understanding of healthcare operations, patient services, and quality/accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
