NOW HIRING: Administrative & Operations Coordinator / PM Assistant

Giroux Electrical Contractors

What You’ll Do

This is the heartbeat role of Giroux Electrical Contractors.
You’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the trusted support system for our technicians and project managers.

Your day will include:

Customer Communication (Your Superpower!)

  • Answering incoming calls with urgency, clarity, and professionalism
  • Managing customer questions, concerns, and scheduling
  • Confirming appointments & following up after service
  • Making customers feel heard, supported, and taken care of
  • Dispatching technicians and coordinating service calls

Admin & Project Support

  • Entering POs, receipts, and job notes into ServiceTitan
  • Helping with permits, inspections, and job documentation
  • Communicating with suppliers, vendors, and municipalities
  • Keeping our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Supporting Project Managers with estimates, materials, scheduling, and job tracking

Operations Support

  • Maintaining scheduling boards and dispatch calendars
  • Keeping the team aligned on project progress
  • Preparing reports, job files, and project documentation
  • Helping ensure projects start and finish smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Electrical experience NOT required.
Customer service experience IS required.

You’re a strong fit if you are:

  • A confident communicator (phone, email, face-to-face)
  • Experienced in customer service or dispatching
  • Highly organized and detail-driven
  • Calm under pressure and great at multitasking
  • Tech-savvy (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
