Role Overview
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the Accounts and Administration departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing financial paperwork, and supporting general office operations.
This role requires strong multi-tasking ability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day accounts and finance paperwork
- Processing invoices, credit notes and statements
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable
- Filing and organising financial documentation
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and data entry
- Supporting general office administration
- Assisting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Occasionally serving customers at the office counter
- Processing payments (cash/card) when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role (essential)
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) – essential
- Good level of English
- Strong organisational skills — must be highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Business Central or similar – desirable)
- Professional and friendly manner
