Role Overview

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the Accounts and Administration departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing financial paperwork, and supporting general office operations.

This role requires strong multi-tasking ability and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day-to-day accounts and finance paperwork
  • Processing invoices, credit notes and statements
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable
  • Filing and organising financial documentation
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and data entry
  • Supporting general office administration
  • Assisting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Occasionally serving customers at the office counter
  • Processing payments (cash/card) when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role (essential)
  • Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) – essential
  • Good level of English
  • Strong organisational skills — must be highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Business Central or similar – desirable)
  • Professional and friendly manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €18,395.00 per year
