About The Role

You’ll support our customer service and scheduling team with a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting branch representatives, completing to do lists, and helping with other queries. Your role will be key in keeping things running smoothly across our branches.


You will be responsible for:

  • Administration and accurate data entry
  • Receive and respond to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
  • Manage and communicate client lead time adjustments


About you

You will have recent experience in either a customer service, reception or administration role. Working in an open plan environment, you must be a confident communicator and have the ability to learn quickly whilst working within a fast-paced environment.


Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Recent experience in an office environment, within either Customer Service or Administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow through ability
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written and an outstanding telephone manner
  • Time management and organisational skills are key
  • IT savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • A background in liaising with customers in a high-volume environment will be desirable
  • Knowledge of the building industry would be highly regarded, but not essential
