The Opportunity

As BuildCam continues to scale nationally, we’re looking for a BuildCam Coordinator to provide general administrative and coordination support across the business. This is an early to intermediate level role, focused on day-to-day administration, follow-ups, and coordination. It’s suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, closing out actions, and supporting a fast-moving team. The role exists to help keep work moving, close loops, and provide reliable support when workloads increase or team members are away.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support across BuildCam
  • Follow up actions, requests, and outstanding items
  • Support basic job tracking and schedule follow-ups
  • Contact customers when required (e.g. requesting or following up purchase orders, confirming job details)
  • Assist with simple internal reporting and status updates
  • Maintain accurate records and system information
  • Float across tasks to provide coverage as priorities shift

About you

The successful candidate will have recent experience working in a clerical or administrative function. We’re looking for someone who is:


  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of routine responsibilities
  • Confident communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Practical, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment

Experience in construction, hire, logistics, or office coordination is helpful but not essential.
