We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, providing support to various teams, and helping the company achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and databases with accuracy.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Identify and recruit suitable candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Communication and Coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Liaise effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management team.
  • Ensure all files and records are properly stored and accessible when needed.
  • Time Management and Problem Solving
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any administrative issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Essential Skills:
  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment and candidate management.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is essential.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €25,400.00-€30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
