Job Description
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and efficient Administrator to provide support in this interesting and varied role. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to site and provide administrative support to our Tirohia Landfill Team including assembling reports, data entering HSEQ and financial information, and assisting with accounts and month-end duties.
Normal work hours for this role will be 40 hours, worked 7.00am to 3.30pm, Monday-Friday
We are seeking someone with at least three years of administrative experience who has a strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Other key competencies include:

- Proficiency with Excel and entering data accurately
- Business writing and comprehension
- High level of literacy
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A strong Health & Safety focus

The Administrator will report to the Branch Manager and work within a closely knit team. The role is full time and permanent.
