About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Administrator & Change Control role just for you! In this position, you will provide general administrative support to the Business Unit, including coordination of internal and external change control processes, documentation management, and system maintenance. This role supports operational efficiency through structured administrative services and compliance with company procedures., making a real impact.

  • Maintaining and coordinating internal and external change control
  • Administering the Distribution Wellington archiving process.
  • Administering the Distribution Wellington Sharepoint page.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and petty cash
  • Entering and verifying payroll-related data (e.g., timesheets)
  • Maintaining and organizing training and compliance records in systems (e.g., 1Fics)
  • Purchasing supplies for office and canteen
  • Handling client service requests and maintaining client communication logs
  • Administering data for maintenance contracts and projects
  • Document management including filing, scanning, and contract folder maintenance
  • Coordinating business unit meetings including agenda preparation and minute-taking

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data entry and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint, CODEX)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality when required
