About the role

We are looking for enthusiasm, motivation and excellent interpersonal skills, to provide administrative support to our Community Mental Health service in Rotorua. To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent computer skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, can take initiative and have a real eye for detail.

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient typing and audio-typing skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Full NZ driver’s license

About you

Previous administration experience is important for this busy role and knowledge of a hospital environment, particularly in mental health would definitely be an advantage. This is an interesting and varied position that would suit someone with the following skills/experience:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Dicta-typing and copy typing skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise /manage a busy workload
  • Previous experience in a healthcare administration environment would be an asset.

Salary range

$70,970 to $78,397.00 pro-rated to hours worked
